Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, Phoenix

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the comfortable rooms and friendly service stood out, while on the other, the ongoing construction and dining options left much to be desired. The location is great for exploring the area, but the price and parking situation could be better managed.

I had a great stay, especially for a conference, with clean and comfortable rooms, a stunning lobby, and decent dining options. However, the pool area left a bit to be desired, and the renovation caused some inconvenience during my stay. Overall, it was a good value for money with modern amenities and friendly vibes.

My experience at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix was quite mixed. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly, our room left a lot to be desired with missing toiletries and issues with the AC.
